Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy is a 50 minute session where we will go over current life stressors and issues while working towards interventions and problem solving. 

I utilize several different therapy styles, which can be viewed on the Therapy Types page, and tend to pull from several approaches to help each individual. 

I offer in-person sessions at my office in downtown Thunder Bay, virtual sessions via Jane, or phone sessions.
