Adventure Therapy

Not one for traditional therapy? Have a love for the outdoors?

Adventure therapy is an integration of outdoor skills with psychotherapy, meaning we explore the wilderness while using interventions that help one overcome emotional and psychological obstacles, cope with mental health, and improve the quality of one's life overall. 

Activities change with the seasons, but can include hiking, canoeing, snowshoeing etc.,
